Served with wild mushroom risotto and mint demi sauce

8oz Cold Water Lobster Tail
On a bed of fedellini pasta, diced tomatoes, chives, and crawfish tails with cognac sauce

8oz Filet Mignon “Oscar Style”
Topped with jumbo lump crab meat, and homemade Bearnaise sauce, with Idaho roasted potatoes and asparagus

Chilean Sea Bass
Topped with Jumbo Lump Crab meat and Champagne Grape Sauce served with seafood risotto

THIRD COURSE

Fresh Strawberries
Dipped in Belgian Dark Chocolate and filled with Grand Marnier Liquor

Layers of Angel Food cake with homemade whipped cream and fresh strawberries
